Mixed reactions have trailed the revelation of the National Leader of the APC, Sen Bola Tinubu, that he has informed President Buhari of his decision to run for the presidency in 2023.
Tinubu made the revelation speaking to State House correspondents after his closed-door meeting with Buhari on Monday, January 10.
According to Tinubu, “I have informed the President of my ambition but I have not informed Nigerians yet, I am still consulting.”
Following the disclosure, some Nigerians took to social media to air their two cents on Tinubu’s presidential ambition.
Checks show that quite a number of handles weren’t positively disposed to the news, while a few supported the Jagaban, going on to pledge their support to see his ambition become a reality.
