Nigerian movie producer Mo Abudu has announced that she is partnering with British actor Idris Elba on two new projects.
Mo Abudu, who took to her official Instagram page to announce the new development, said that her company will partner with Idris Elba’s production firm Green Door Pictures, on two projects to discover new African talents.
According to her, the first phase of the project will witness the creation of an academy in Nigeria to help identify new talents in Africa and in the diaspora.

“We at EbonyLife believe that collaboration is key in amplifying diverse voices. We are proud of all our partnerships worldwide and remain dedicated to building on them to further our mission of creating a more inclusive media landscape.
“We are excited about bringing these stories to your screens soon. While the process of producing these stories can be long and enduring, we are committed to sharing them with the world as soon as possible,” Mo Abudu wrote in part on Instagram.
