A Magistrate Court in Yaba, Lagos State, has ordered the remand of Azeez Fashola, popularly known as Naira Marley, and Lagos socialite Balogun Eletu, also known as Sam Larry, in police custody.
According to a report by The Punch, the Lagos State Police Command had sought the remand of Fashola and his associates for a period of 30 days, citing the need to complete their ongoing investigation.
However, Magistrate Adeola Olatunbosun issued a ruling specifying a 21-day remand period for Fashola and the others.
