Idan has recently gained a lot of attention from social media users and individuals.

Idan, one of the three most spoken slangs in Nigeria at the moment, has its roots in the Yoruba language, for those who are interested in learning what it means. Its literal translation is “magic.”

On the street, ‘Idan’ is used to refer to someone as a “Boss.” It is a term used to describe people who are well-liked and regarded for having qualities like strength, prosperity, influence, and more. It frequently conjures up images of strength, sway, and power. It also has cultural and social significance because people use it to express their admiration and respect for people they hold in high regard.

On social media, “Idan” or “Onidan” which translates to Magician has been used to describe individuals capable of doing the impossible or unbelievable, similar to the Zlatan Ibrahimovic trend that surfaces from time to time.
