Ivorian legend, Didier Drogba, has revealed why France may likely defeat Argentina when both teams meet in the World Cup final game on Sunday.
According to him, the French team would go into the match as the defending champions and will be looking to become the first team to retain the title in 60 years.
He said this in a chat with BBC Sport.
“France does have the advantage of being in the final and winning it four years ago. You know how to handle the pressure, you have been there, but they have new players and it will be new for them.
“It might be the first time some of them have played against Lionel Messi as well. The pressure will be there.
“This France team is very, very competitive, especially with Didier Deschamps as their manager. They want to win it back to back,” Drogba said.
