A staff of the Court of Appeal in Yola, Barrister Isiaka, has confirmed to this medium that judgment in the case between Nuhu Ribadu, Sen Aisha Ahmed Dahiru Binani, and the All Progressives Congress, APC, will be delivered tomorrow, November 24, 2022.
Recall that Ribadu and Binani were participants in the last APC gubernatorial primaries that produced the latter as winner.
This was later challenged in court over primary election irregularities.
The judgment is a much-anticipated one in Adamawa; and will decide whether the APC will have a gubernatorial candidate or not in next year’s elections.

Justice Abdulaziz M Z Anka of the Federal High Court in Yola, had ruled that Binani, the supposed winner of the Adamawa APC primary, should stop parading herself as the party’s candidate due to over-voting that has invalidated the entire process.
Binani, Ribadu and the APC have appealed the ruling.
