It was a rowdy session during the negotiation meeting between the parties of ASUU, FG and the House of Representatives.
The Minister of Labour, Chris Ngige, walked out of the session after comments from the university body’s president, Professor Osodeke, infuriated him.
According to him, the ASUU President told Nigerians to vote out APC over the lingering strike which he thinks should not have been uttered.
Prof Osodeke, in his reaction, refuted the claims while all efforts to resolve their differences ended in disarray.
Quest Times understands that ASUU has been on strike for 8 months following the inability of the federal government to meet their long-time demands.
