Manchester United forward, Cristiano Ronaldo, has allegedly enrolled his children at Saint Julians College, in Carcavelo, Portugal.
Ronaldo had stunned United and supporters by granting a no-holds-barred sit-down with friend Piers Morgan on TalkTV, where he hit out at the club’s hierarchy and manager Erik ten Hag.
The Portuguese superstar has fallen out with the new boss more than once this season, and has now claimed he feels ‘disrespected’ and ‘betrayed’ by Ten Hag and the club.
While the full interview will be aired on TalkTV later this week, the teaser segments have already become global news.
This could mean that Ronaldo’s Man United career is over, with the forward now away with Portugal for the World Cup and unlikely to return, after hitting out at the leading figures within Old Trafford.
Recall that Ronaldo enrolled his children in a school in Manchester after the family made the move to the North of England from Turin, Italy in 2021, following the former Juventus forward’s return to Manchester United.
However, the Portuguese star has decided to transfer his children to a new school in Portugal, which indicates a major point in the direction that Ronaldo may leave the Premier League club to join the Portuguese league after the World Cup.
The 37-year-old five-time Ballon d’Or winner said he had no respect for United’s manager, Erik ten Hag in an interview at the weekend.
Following this, many clubs have been showing interest in signing him, but he might be heading to his home country after the biggest soccer festival in Qatar.
And whilst United consider what action they are going to take, Sapo Desporto claims that the player has already set the wheels in motion to relocate to Portugal.
