Nigerians have been thrown into mourning following the death of veteran Nollywood actress, Ada Ameh who passed away on Sunday, July 17, 2022, in a hospital in Warri, Delta State.
Her death was confirmed by the President of the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) Emeka Rollas in an interview with The Punch.
“We lost Ada. No details at the moment, but we’ve lost Ada,” Rollas disclosed.
Recall that The Johnsons’ star has been battling depression following the loss of her daughter, and multiple close family members.
Following the confirmation of her passing, Nigerians flocked to social media to mourn a screen queen who brought laughter and joy to many.
