Since his dear son, Ifeanyi died on Monday, David Adeleke aka Davido, has simply remained incommunicado; especially unwilling to take condolence calls or visits from top government officials and several eminent Nigerians.
An informed source confirmed to Quest Times that as at Tuesday, November 1, Davido has not been taking calls and is only communicating with close family relatives at the family house.
As for Chioma, she is also completely devastated and has remained totally indoors with Davido and few family relatives.
Top Nigerians, public officials and politicians have been making public statements condoling the couple who have already decided to get married next year.
But it is believed that the Adeleke family may soon make a public statement or appearance online before or by the end of the week.
In Yoruba tradition and customs, when a child dies, the parents are not permitted to witness the burial alongside everyone in the family who is older than the deceased.
So Ifeanyi’s burial may be a secret event to hold once the autopsy required by police investigators has been completed.
