Popular Nigerian disc jockey, Ayorinde Kehinde Okiki, better known as DJ Kaywise, has addressed the concerns surrounding his recent cryptic post.
Quest Times recalls that on September 13th, 2023, the record producer posted a cryptic message on his Instagram page, suggesting that he was going to “end it all.”
Worries were sparked by his post, as fans flooded the comment section, expressing concern about suicide. Others called on his family and friends to check on him.

To clarify the situation regarding the cryptic post, DJ Kaywise posted a video message on his Instagram page on Wednesday night. He explained that his earlier post was not indicative of suicidal thoughts, as some concerned fans had presumed.
He mentioned that he wanted to address and clear the air regarding some malicious allegations made against him by the “Gistlover” blog. The caption of his post read, “I hope this ends it all.”
The post further stated, “The general public’s misinterpretation of my recent post as a sign of suicidal thoughts highlights the urgency of addressing these issues. It’s crucial for the public to dissociate my name from the misconceptions initially perpetuated by a malicious blog called Gistlover, and I am glad I can rectify the false impressions that have been spreading over the years.“
