According to him, people should try and avoid eating late at night irrespective of the heavy traffic on the road, stressing that the food could flow back and choke the person to death.
“People should not eat after 7pm and go to sleep. Eating at night after 7pm is not good.
“Although because of the traffic, people return late from work and so they eat late. However, those who know that they will return from work late should go to the office with their night meal and eat before 7pm.
“Eating late at night makes you gain too much weight and the tummy itself gets bigger.
“If you eat late at night and go to sleep, you can regurgitate, the food may flow back and get into the respiratory system and that is one of the causes of sudden death.
