@AlakaJide Eguavoen is not the problem for Nigerian football, he is just a symptom. Where do we go from here?
@noviekuA I still maintain, Eguavoen did a good job with the team. He just needs to improve on varying his tactic.
@ElegantKufre What a shambolic performance that was. No sense of urgency. It was an eyesore. Austin Eguavoen and co together with the players should be jail for at least six months for the humiliation they caused Nigerians.

@mekus102 Augustine Eguavoen steps DOWN Many more people should step down. Not enough to sack the entire coaching crew. NFF should all step down NOW NOW
@epalyHarcourt It is an insult to allow Augustine Eguavoen to retune to his technical director post, a coach who lacks tactical acumen should not be a technical director … Augustine Eguavoen has shown he is so desperate for a position if not he should have resigned the next day
@ojbsports Just so we are clear…. Eguavoen was in charge on BOTH occasions when Nigeria didn’t make it to the World Cup since 1994.

@IamTopsy4real Now that Austin Eguavoen has stepped down as the interim coach of the Super Eagles Amaju Pinnick should also step down. Eguavoen step down and still retain his position as Technical Director of the NFF that is pure stupidity for me. Someone who is not sound Technically want to still stay as the Technical Director of all national teams. We don’t want Eguavoen anywhere never our football again period.
@TheWaleAgbede Eguavoen has no business being Technical Director of the NFF. Given the opportunity to prove his mettle, he has shown that he lacks the depth and the intelligence to handle such a role. He should be sacked.
