Popular Nigerian singer, David Adeleke (aka Davido) has returned to Instagram, barely days after the unfortunate death of his son, Ifeanyi.
Quest Times had reported that Ifeanyi drowned at his father’s home in the upmarket Banana Island area of Lagos, while his parents were away in Ibadan, leaving him with domestic workers.
Ifeanyi was rushed to the Evercare Hospital, Lekki, where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
The tragic death sparked a plethora of reactions as many netizens as well as celebrities, politicians, socialites, public figures, poured their heartfelt condolences to Davido and his fiancee Chioma.
In the wake of the sad incident, the singer and Chioma have both been quiet.
However, a recent check on Davido’s verified Instagram page showed that he’s made some changes by deleting his highlights with giant sports brand PUMA.

Davido also deleted all his pinned posts; he also deleted his anticipated festival post, A.W.A.Y, which is slated to take place at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia on November 18, 2022.
He had already invited artists that include Kizz Daniel, Wande Coal, Lojay, Pheelz, Oxlade, BNXN (fka Buju), Focalistc and Victony.
Also, Davido, who has 25.8M followers on his verified Instagram page and 1,6777 followers before the death of his son, made changes as he unfollowed three (3) accounts.
Further reports claim that Davido allegedly unfollowed his late son Ifeanyi’s IG account, DJ Cuppy and Femi Otedola.
