Agents from the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) have declared Ms. Aderinoye Queen Christmas, a former beauty queen also known as Ms. Queen Oluwadamilola Aderinoye, wanted for her alleged involvement in illicit drug activities.
As gathered by Quest Times, the operation took place on Wednesday, January 24th, at her residence in Lekki, Lagos. Ms.
Christmas reportedly fled her home during the raid, prompting the NDLEA to issue a public notice seeking information on her whereabouts.
According to NDLEA spokesperson Femi Babafemi, the agency acted on credible intelligence indicating the ex-beauty queen’s connection to the illegal drug trade.
Ms. Christmas who held the title of Miss Commonwealth Nigeria Culture 2015/2016 and founded the Queen Christmas Foundation, is now a subject of interest in an ongoing investigation.
During the search conducted with the cooperation of estate officials, several items were seized from her residence.
These items included 606 grams of Canadian Loud, a synthetic strain of cannabis, an electronic weighing scale, a significant quantity of drug packaging materials, a black RAV 4 SUV with license plate Lagos KSF 872 GQ, and a framed picture of the suspect.
The NDLEA has urged anyone with information about the whereabouts the former beauty queen to come forward and assist in the ongoing efforts to address drug-related activities in the region.
