Dr. Jimoh Ibrahim, an All Progressives Congress (APC) aspirant for the Ondo South Senatorial District, has assured his constituents of developing the district in two years if given the ticket of the party.
Ibrahim gave the assurance on Tuesday, May 24, 2022, during an interaction with some delegates of the party at the University of Fortune in Igbotako, Okitipupa Local Government Area of Ondo State.
Ibrahim, the Chairman of Nicon Insurance, also said, “I am not going to the Senate to collect money but to use the leverage in developing the district for it to be a reference point to other districts.

“I promise that I will develop this district in the space of two years.”
He reiterated his efforts in reconnecting the district which has been in total blackout for almost two decades, back to the national grid.

According to him, this is for the area to bounce back to what it used to be in the past.
He also promised to empower the constituents as part of dividends of democracy to ensure they are self reliant.

Ibrahim, who is the founder of the University of Fortune, added that “When the university is completed by December, the tuition will be half of the other private universities in Nigeria, and indigenes of this district will be beneficiaries of such gestures.”
Ibrahim, however, appealed to delegates in the district to cast their votes for him at the forthcoming APC primary election, for him to be the standard-bearer of the party in the 2023 general elections.
