Marlian Records boss, Azeez Adeshina Fashola better known as Naira Marley, and his close associate Samson Erinfolami Balogun also known as Sam Larry, have been granted bail by a Lagos magistrate, Adeola Olatubosun.
However, they face strict conditions, including providing three sureties each who must each provide a significant amount of 20 million naira, relinquishing their international passports, and paying a weekly visit to the State Criminal Investigation Department (CID).
QUEST TIMES recalls that the two men were arrested and remanded in custody on suspicion of involvement in the death of fellow rapper, Mohbad.

Videos on social media allegedly show Larry physically assaulting Mohbad, while other videos show boys suspected to be under the orders of Marley attacking him.
Also, Marley and Larry denied any wrongdoing, with their lawyers filing a fundamental rights suit challenging their continued detention.
However, the magistrate had ruled that they must meet the bail conditions before they could be released.
The case was adjourned until 25 October, as the magistrate sternly cautioned Marley and Larry against contacting her directly, as any attempts to do so would be recorded and potentially disclosed in open court proceedings.
