According to the national President of the Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN), Chinedu Okoronkwo, almost all the depots owned by the Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation Ltd (NNPCL) are not working, hence the persistent fuel scarcity in the country.
Okoronkwo made this known during an interview on Channels TV’s Politics Today on Tuesday.

He stated that private depots owners are in control of the distribution of the products, since the NNPC depots are not working.
