Popular political commentator, Reno Omokri, has shed light on a notable shift in sentiment among some Nigerians towards Niger Republic. He pointed out that those who harbored intense animosity towards the neighboring country during the tenure of President Buhari now seemingly exhibit a newfound affection for it.

In a thought-provoking statement, Omokri expressed his commitment to embracing the truth, even if it favors his adversaries. He lamented that certain individuals would rather witness Nigeria’s destruction at the hands of a neighboring nation than see their preferred candidate lose an election.

However, Omokri asserted with conviction that the events witnessed in Niger Republic would not be replicated in Nigeria. He attributed this to the grace of God and the unwavering dedication of Nigerians who believe in the unity and strength of their country. Despite the challenges and divisive political scheming, he firmly declared that Nigeria would remain united.

To emphasize the permanence of their Nigerian identity, Omokri emphasized that generations past, present, and future are bound by their nationality. He called upon divine intervention to safeguard the unity and prosperity of Nigeria.
