There have been reports that Osinachi was allegedly killed by her husband, Peter Nwachukwu. She was said to be a victim of constant domestic violence.
According to Pastor Omakwu, “Sister Osinachi Nwachukwu was killed, She didn’t die, She was killed”.
“If the man looks for help after beating you, come back, but, if he doesn’t look for help, leave the marriage.
“God forbid you stay in Family Worship centre and you are beaten to death in the name of “for better for worst.”
“Those of you in a marriage and they are beating you, why are you staying? Me, I won’t stay. I will leave the marriage.
“Don’t stay in an abusive marriage, don’t stay in a man’s house to be beaten. Therefore, I say any man that beats you, leave the house,” she said.

Turning to men, she urged them to see themselves as God’s representatives in the home.
“I want to talk to only men. Know that your home is your government, you are completely in charge of your homes.
“You are not in charge of your homes as iron men, you are in charge of your homes as God.
“God put men in place to govern for him. You are in charge of your homes to show your wife and children who God is. How you treat your family is your own understanding of who God is,” she added.
