Mohammed Salah has now become the highest earner at Liverpool following his signing of a new contract with the club on Friday.

The Egyptian forward has signed a deal that ties him to the Premier League club until 2025.

It will see Salah take home around £350,000 (N175million) a week, a salary that breaks the Reds’ salary structure.

Meanwhile, former Bayern Munich coach Ottmar Hitzfeld believes the signing of Senegal forward Sadio Mane could be a real boost for the German champions and the Bundesliga, regarding performance and marketability.
