Cardi B, the popular US rapper whose real name is Belcalis Almanzar, was caught on camera hurling a microphone at an audience member during a performance in Las Vegas.
The incident occurred after a drink was tossed over her while she was on stage, which visibly angered her mid-song. The video of the incident quickly spread across social media platforms.
In the footage, Cardi B can be seen in a striking flowing orange dress, surrounded by security staff who intervened after the altercation. Despite the incident, she continued to perform her hit track “Bodak Yellow.”

The 30-year-old star retweeted a video of the incident with the caption: “Jealous A** B****!” The caption seems to be a reference to her rapper husband Offset’s new song “Jealousy,” where she is featured.

Interestingly, this isn’t the first time Cardi B has been caught throwing a microphone during her Las Vegas performances. A previous video also captured her throwing a mic at a DJ, apparently frustrated with the premature cutting off of her songs.
In a recent case, singer Harry Styles suffered an eye injury during a performance in Vienna when an object was thrown at the stage. Such incidents can have serious consequences and may even disrupt or halt the performance altogether, affecting both the artist and the audience.
Unfortunately, other artists such as Drake, Bebe Rexha, Kelsea Ballerini, and Ava Max have also experienced similar incidents, being struck by objects while performing on stage.
