BET Hip-Hop Awards: Burna Boy Bags Multiple Nominations

Seven nominations for the 2023 BET hip-hop awards have been bagged by Grammy award winning Nigerian singer, Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu, also known as Burna Boy,

Burna Boy tied DJ Khaled for the third most nominations behind Drake (nine) and Cardi B and twenty-one, Savage, who led the nominees with twelve nods each.

Through this nomination, Burna Boy has made history as the first African to be nominated in the Artiste of the Year category, at the BET Hip-Hop Awards.
