In a surprising turn of events, Isaac Oyedepo, the second son of Bishop David Oyedepo, the founder of Living Faith Church Worldwide, commonly known as Winners Chapel, has reportedly stepped down from his role in the ministry.
The announcement of this resignation surfaced on Wednesday through Church Gist, a platform managed by Pastor Leke Beecroft, a longstanding pastoral assistant at the LFC Headquarters in Ota, Ogun State.
Isaac Oyedepo’s journey within the ministry had shown promise when, in September, he was unveiled as the National Youth Pastor of the Youth Alive Fellowship, the vibrant youth wing of the Living Faith Church.
The Youth Alive Fellowship made the exciting revelation via their official Facebook page, expressing their anticipation of Pastor Isaac guiding the youth congregation towards greater heights.
However, recent reports suggest that Isaac Oyedepo is contemplating the launch of his own church ministry. This decision may be influenced by the perceived lack of a clear path to head the Living Faith Church, considering his position within the church hierarchy and the presence of others ahead of him, including David Abioye, the First Vice President, and his elder brother David Jnr, who serves as the resident pastor at Faith Tabernacle, Canaanland.
As this new chapter unfolds, it remains to be seen how this transition will impact the world of faith and ministry. Stay tuned for further updates on Isaac Oyedepo’s journey.
