President Bola Tinubu has approved the appointment of a new management team for the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON) and various agencies under the Federal Ministry of Communications and Digital Economy. These appointments await confirmation by the Nigerian Senate.
Leading the pack is Gbenga Alade, who has been named the Managing Director/CEO of AMCON, with Aminu Ismail joining as Executive Director. Joining them are Adeshola Lamidi and Lucky Adaghe, both appointed as Executive Directors.
Additionally, under the Federal Ministry of Communications and Digital Economy, Abraham Oshadami takes the helm as Executive Commissioner for Technical Services, while Rimini Makama assumes the role of Executive Commissioner for Stakeholder Management.
Opeyemi Dele-Ajayi has been appointed as the President/CEO of the Digital Bridge Institute.
The Nigerian Communications Satellite (NIGCOMSAT) sees the appointment of Abiodun Attah as Executive Director for Technical Services, Aisha Abdullahi as Executive Director for Finance & Administration, and Jaiyeola Awokoya as Executive Director for Marketing & Business Development.
Meanwhile, Ibrahim Adepoju Adeyanju has been appointed as Managing Director/CEO of Galaxy Backbone (BB) Limited, with Mohammed Sani Ibrahim as Executive Director for Finance & Corporate Services, Olusegun Olulade as Executive Director for Customer Centricity & Marketing, and Olumbe Akinkugbe as Executive Director for Digital Exploration & Technical Services.
