Musiliu Akinsanya, the Lagos State NURTW leader better known as MC Oluomo has addressed rumours surrounding his alleged involvement with Nollywood actress, Wunmi Ajiboye, the second wife of Segun Ogungbe.
Reports suggested an extramarital affair, with claims that MC Oluomo was financially supporting Ajiboye, who reportedly separated from her husband.
Quest Times recalls that Ajiboye earlier clarified their relationship, emphasizing a platonic connection.
In response, MC Oluomo shared a thoughtful message on Instagram about practising kindness, drawing inspiration from the teachings of the Holy Quran.
The controversial road boss stressed the importance of being kind without expecting reciprocity, emphasizing that acts of kindness should be driven by a sense of duty to Allah.
Despite potential lack of acknowledgment, he encouraged maintaining a benevolent nature, reminding that ultimate rewards come from a higher source, while urging that regret should not be an option in the show of kindness. He wrote:
“Being nice to others is an act of charity, a profound principle in Islam. Even if your kindness is not always reciprocated, it is important to maintain your good nature. This is because our actions should not be driven by the expectation of earthly rewards, but by the fulfillment of our obligations to Allah. In the Holy Quran, Allah urges us to do good to each other, for it is in these acts of kindness we find our true purpose and reward.
Life is fleeting, and our end is inevitable, whether we are consumed by greed or live selflessly. It is therefore crucial to focus not on temporary worldly gains, but on fostering kindness and good deeds, as these are the things that truly matter.
Regret not the kindness you show, even if it goes unappreciated, for Allah sees all and rewards justly. Uphold this truth, and strive to be a beacon of benevolence in the world.”
