A judge in Georgia has ruled that the trial of former United States President Donald Trump, who is facing charges of election fraud, will be livestreamed and televised.
All proceedings will be accessible on the Fulton County Court’s YouTube channel. This trial, one of four Trump is involved in, could become one of the most-watched trials in recent years.

The trial date has not been set yet, but it might occur next year, coinciding with Trump’s potential re-election campaign. Trump and 18 others are accused of conspiring to overturn Georgia’s 2020 presidential election results, which he lost to Democrat Joe Biden.
The prosecution’s key evidence includes a phone call in which Trump urged state officials to “recalculate” the vote tally.
Recently, Trump turned himself in at Fulton County Jail and had his mugshot taken. He has also chosen to waive his right to appear in court for his upcoming arraignment, a brief hearing where pleas are officially entered.
