The Chief observer of the European Union Elections Observer Mission, (EU EOM), Barry Andrews, has disclosed that the electioneering process is going on smoothly, as they continue to monitor the situation across the country.
He stressed that the EU will not interfere with the ongoing elections as they will release a preliminary report on Monday about their collective observations.
Andrews tasked INEC officials to ensure credible elections in the country.
Earlier, the EU EOM condemned recent acts of severe and coordinated incidents of violence, particularly assassinations, and urged authorities to hold those responsible to account.
