Bruce Fein (@BruceFeinEsq) said “AG Malami, be careful what you wish for in questioning the Nigerian court order nullifying criminal charges against MNK. If you indulge dastardly defiance, charges by the International Criminal Court of crimes against humanity and genocide will follow in the blink of an eye.”
@Omote Biafra (@OmoteBiafra) wrote “Malami can’t even tell the difference between an Agitator and a Terrorist.. Shame to that mugu.”
Mr. Czar (@Mrczarr) said “I think the most tribalistic thing this govt has done was when Malami made a NATIONAL broadcast in Hausa to announce that Nnamdi Kanu had been captured…till today I do NOT get why he did that?”
aloy ejimakor (@AloyEjimakor) said “Let it be clear to Malami that no new charges can ever stick against #MNK because the extraordinary rendition has created a permanent barrier to his prosecution. He must be released first & with assurances that he is free to travel without any hindrance.”
Malami justified his views by saying the recent court pronouncement was based on the legality of his arrest in Kenya which according to him “predate rendition on the basis of which Kanu jumped bail, remain valid issues for judicial determination.”
