Hadiza Blell, professionally known as Di’Ja, a Nigerian songstress and former signee of Mavins Records, has addressed speculations surrounding her departure from the record label.
The 39-year-old artist clarified that she remains a part of Mavins Records and expressed her support for Tems.
In response to a fan’s query about her departure from Don Jazzy, with claims that she could have achieved more success than Tems, Di’Ja corrected the misconception by saying, “I never left. Kindly know this. Life happens, and we are grateful for all the love and happenings. God bless Tems, and I need her to get bigger.”

On her birthday, Di’Ja shared Twitter videos featuring the thoughtful gifts she received, including a cake from Mavins Records. Showing appreciation, she penned, “Thank you to my family, friends, and family at Mavin for my cakes. I must gain weight this year.”
Having joined Mavins Records in February 2014, Di’Ja made her debut with the single “Yaro.” Collaborating with fellow Mavins artists, she contributed to popular tracks such as “Dorobucci,” “Adaobi,” “Looku Looku,” and “Arise.”
