In a recent development, the Edo State Representative on the board of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Rt. Hon. Patrick Aisowieren, has approved the appointment of fifteen new Senior Special Assistants (SSAs).
Quest Times gathered that the SSAs would serve in different capacities, sharing the responsibility of improving the lives and communities of the Edo people.
This information is according to a memo forwarded to his administrative desk on Tuesday, 12 December.
The successful appointees include:
– Mr. Larry Enobakhare – Party Mobilization (LGA)
– Christopher Otasowie – Party Mobilization (State)
– Hon. Felix Osifo – Political Monitoring & Evaluation
– Amb. Boston Osemwengie – Diaspora Relations
– Madam Glory Obazee – Women Mobilization
– Hon. Kingsley Omobude – Youth Mobilization
– Hon. Macy Ogiku – IOCs
– Hon. Mercy Efe – Women Advisory
– Mr. Honest Edobor – Community Relations
– Mr. Promise Odubu – Inter-party Youths
– Hon. Christian Iweka – Language Relations
– Hon. Vincent Ehibor – Religious Matters
– Mrs. Ivie Precious Ehigiator – Host Communities
It was also learned that a former Orhionmwon Rep in the EDSOGPADEC, Hon. Sunday Iyamu, was appointed as the Special Adviser on Political Strategy.
