Former Aviation Minister, Femi Fani-Kayode, has described the accusations made against the late televangelist, Prophet Temitope Balogun Joshua, widely known as TB Joshua, as baseless.
In response to a recent BBC documentary exposing alleged secret aspects of the late prophet’s life, including accusations of sexual assault and fabricated miracles, FFK took to his official social media handle on Monday night to counter the claims. He asserted that TB Joshua fought admirably before his demise.
According to the All Progressives Congress (APC) stalwart, TB Joshua’s contributions were a blessing to the Church, the Christian faith, humanity, and Nigeria. FFK emphasized that the late prophet’s enduring legacy cannot be tarnished by what he referred to as “dirty lies,” even from reputable sources like the BBC.
He wrote, “So true! You touched many lives, fought a good fight, stood till the end and established a great and enduring legacy.
“No man or institution can destroy it with dirty lies: not even the BBC!
“Continue to rest in peace brother and thanks for being such a blessing to the Church, the Christian faith, humanity and our beloved nation Nigeria.
“We are and shall always be very proud of you”.
